Ms. Cheng is national board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She also graduated from medical school in Hunan, China before coming to United State. In addition, Ms. Cheng had passed the CMD to earn the International Practitioners Qualification Certificate. She is also a board member of United Alliance of NY State Licensed Acupuncturists. Zhizheng Ouyang, M.S. L.Ac.: Dr. Ouyang is national board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Dr. Ouyang is a Gastroenterologist and Gynecologist in Hunan, China. He practiced more than 15 years before moving to NYC, which helps him to engage with the patients easily. During that time he also learned acupuncture from Master Acupuncturists. Because of his extraordinary work, he was selected by China Medical Team to treat patients in Sierra Leone for three years. When he was there, due to the poor medical supplies, he performed acupuncture. It worked well on the patients. Dr. Ouyang's passion is not only in practicing acupuncture but also in learning the latest technology in the practice of acupuncture by attending academic lectures, academic courses and even an online academic convention. In addition to his great accomplishments, he is amiable and personable. Patients always feel comfortable when they are talking to Dr. Ouyang. He also passed the International Practitioners Qualification Certificate (CMD) which is a credential certification recognized by most countries for practicing medicine. David Tsan-Rue, M.S. L.Ac. He is a national board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He is a highly experienced acupuncturist and a compassionate practitioner. He is an excellent needling technique physician, specializing in the No-Pain High Needling technique. He is completely committed to his patient's well-being. He comes from a long lineage of medical practitioners. He was a Traditional Chinese Medicine physician at the Chinese Medical University in Taiwan before moving to the New York City. In 1973, he graduated from the Chinese Medical University and followed Master Acupuncturist Dr. Lin FU-Chen who is the best Chinese medical doctor in Taiwan and learned all the specific ancient needle techniques in three years. |
